PSALM 150
There are 150 Psalms in the Book of Psalms. They say the Book of Psalms was the Jewish hymn book. The final Psalm kind of sums up the rest of the book in 6 verses. It starts with “Praise the Lord” (v. 1) and ends with “Praise the Lord” (v. 6). Here it is in its entirety:
“Praise the Lord. Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in His mighty heavens.
Praise Him for His acts of power; praise Him for His surpassing greatness.
Praise Him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise Him with the harp and lyre,
praise Him with the strings and flute, praise Him with the clash of cymbals,
praise Him with resounding cymbals.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.”
What title would you give Psalm 150?
