		<description>In my experience, having realistic expectations avoids many disappointments.  We get enough of those in life without creating more.  But I must say this patience thing has always been a difficult one for me, too.  It&#039;s getting better through the years.  I have prayed for patience as much as any other single thing.</description>

It&#039;s hard to go from a full run down to a complete stop but you it needs to be done or you will take longer so just sit back and let God do what He has to do. We miss you and pray that God will make you just like new.
